The wear of disc increases the wrap angle between fiber and friction disc, reduces the twisting effect on silk, increases the processing tension, and the elongation and dyeing first-class product rate begin to decline. The long-term storage of unused Pu discs will also affect their service life, because the long-term contact with air, especially light, will aggravate the aging speed.
